1. Our guiding principle

Artificial intelligence is a tool that accelerates and organizes our work — it does not replace human judgment in any decision that affects a person. Everything our system produces passes through human review before it reaches you, without exception.

 

2. Where we actually use it

Written content (articles and guides)

We use AI tools to prepare first drafts and organize information. However, every article is reviewed and verified by a named real specialist before publication — a doctor for medical content, an academic for educational content, and a specialist for other fields.

Interactive videos

Some of our knowledge persona videos are produced using AI tools. We state this explicitly on the video itself, not in a hidden place.

Design and visual materials

We use assistive tools in producing some visual elements, within a visual identity predefined by our team.

 

3. What we do not do — clearly

• We do not make consequential decisions automatically. Accepting a partner, rejecting a case, or any decision affecting your rights — all are entirely human.

• We do not use your data to train AI models, neither our own nor any third party's.

• We do not hide that you are interacting with an automated system. If you ask a knowledge persona whether it is human, it will tell you clearly.

• We do not provide medical diagnosis, or binding legal or financial advice through any automated tool.

• We do not publish generated content without human review.

 

4. Your rights

The right to know you are interacting with an automated system — we disclose this always and automatically. The right to request human intervention — at any moment, without losing what you've completed. The right to object to any automated result or recommendation, and request human review. The right to enquire about how we arrived at any recommendation given to you.

6. The tool's limits — honestly

AI tools can make mistakes, and their information may be outdated or unsuited to your specific situation. This is why we keep human review mandatory, and why we always remind you: the content is general information, not a substitute for consulting a real specialist about your specific case.

If you notice an error in any content, tell us — we review and correct it.

 

7. Continuous development

This field evolves rapidly, and our policy evolves with it. Any substantial change in how we use artificial intelligence will appear here, with its date.
