Part One — How our personas work

What is a knowledge persona

A specialized knowledge interface that accompanies you through your journey within one of VIGO's gateways, helping you organize your needs and build your file step by step. It is not a human, and it does not claim to be: if you ask it directly whether you are speaking with a human, it will clearly tell you it is a virtual persona.

Why we use them

Because a long form asks you for everything at once, before you've received anything. A persona does the opposite: one question at a time, after having already given you something. The result is a clearer file for you, and a faster one for whoever will serve you.

Under real specialist supervision — always

Each persona operates within a defined scope of expertise, under the supervision and review of a named real specialist — a doctor, an academic, or a specialist in that field. The content it provides is prepared and reviewed in advance by that specialist, not generated without oversight.

Clear boundaries it does not cross

• It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or provide binding legal or financial advice.

• When your question exceeds its scope, it transfers you to someone better equipped, and does not answer beyond its boundaries.

• At every transfer, it introduces who you are moving to and why — never a silent handover.

"I don't know" is a perfectly acceptable answer

You are not expected to know everything. When you don't know the answer to a question, simply say so — the persona will continue with you without awkwardness, and the field will be recorded as "not yet specified," not as an error.

What we do with your data

What you enter builds your own file — medical, academic, or investment — and it remains yours. You can save a copy and use it wherever you wish, even away from VIGO. It is not shared with any party without your consent.

When a human steps in

In specific cases (such as a request outside our current coverage, or a situation requiring human judgment), your file is escalated to our internal team for direct contact — without your journey stopping or losing what you've completed.

Where our personas appear

Inside the gateways (guided dialogue), and on our official social media accounts (content prepared and reviewed in advance by the supervising specialist — not live automated replies to comments or messages).
