Acceptance criteria

Partnering with VIGO is not automatic registration. Every application undergoes genuine review before any agreement, because the quality of our network is precisely what we offer our clients:

• Valid official license in the country of operation

• Verifiable quality standards in the field of specialization (ranking, accreditation, or equivalent)

• Capacity to serve international clients (language, reception, follow-up)

• Pricing transparency and commitment to agreed terms

In sensitive fields such as healthcare, review is conducted by an independent specialized body — not by a single commercial decision.

Four partnership levels

1. General partnership

A non-exclusive cooperation agreement. We serve your clients, you serve ours, in any country where you operate. Suitable for beginning and building mutual trust.

2. Exclusive partnership

An agreement exclusive from your side: your clients are directed to us exclusively within our field. Contract rates are higher than general partnership, with your contact details and addresses listed on our site.

3. Authorized agent

A formal contract with mutual exclusivity from both sides. The highest contract rate, including a dedicated profile page on our site and direct referral of our clients to you through the network.

4. National franchise

For those seeking to represent VIGO fully within a specific country: an independent national gateway with its own domain, unified identity, and a ready-built digital presence. Granted as a single undivided unit per country (not split by sector), with the local team built according to market needs. Continuous support through our central operations room.

The partner commits to: maintaining the agreed quality level, honoring agreed pricing, and not sharing contract details with any third party.

Evaluation mechanism

We apply a unified satisfaction evaluation system fairly across all partners: sent to the client after service completion, entirely independent of any direct interaction with you, ensuring an objective result not shaped by momentary pressure. The goal is raising service quality for everyone — not arbitrary assessment.
